Dear Dianna,

I was deeply saddened to read in the Dallas news this morning about the loss of your father. Your parents were always so kind and generous to me, and indeed, your father was a gracious man.

I so enjoyed our time together at Memorial High School in drama and choir and the occasions I had to be in your home, both in Houston and New York. Your father's passing has left a huge void in this world. My prayers will be with you and your family.

Sincerely,

Melissa Heller Johnson
