Bets peacefully passed at home surrounded by her family into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior on July 16, 2008.
Bets was a kind, caring, loving mother and grandmother. She was a loyal friend and an exceptional human being. She was a mentor to many throughout the years and enjoyed match making (you know who you are). Her family included many more than just her biological children. Bets loved so many of the beautiful people who came into her life as if they were her own.
Bets loved her work at Native Hawaiian Legal Corporation where she had worked as a comptroller since 1983.
She is survived by her daughters Tane’ Wise and Tari Perry, granddaughters Hannah and Nicole Perry and her beloved Kelsey Lyn with whom she now shares heaven. Hanai daughter and son Henny and Jimmy Kaanapu.
